Another variation of this salad is the one with rice. Just one additional ingredient (2/3 cups of rice) makes this salad much more filling.

Chop eggs, cucumbers, and crabmeat imitation into small pieces

* Step 2

Drain corn

* Step 3

Mix all ingredients together; add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
