Whole Grain and Oatmeal Table Rolls
I thought I could eat this bread everyday and not get sick of it so I posted it here for everyone. Even without anything spread on top you can taste the natural sweetness of the whole grain and oatmeal. A soft and tender table roll.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all the ingredients except for the butter in your bread maker and press start. After 5 minutes add the butter. Leave the first rise to your bread maker.
* Step 2
Lightly punch down the dough from step one and form them into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. The seams of the dough balls should be on the bottom.
* Step 3
Roll the dough balls from step 2 again to remove any air, and place on a baking pan with the seams facing down.
* Step 4
For the 2nd rising, place in the oven at 40℃ for 25 minutes. They'll double in size.
* Step 5
Bake at 180℃ for 11-15 minutes and they're finished! The baked rolls are soft and fluffy.
* Step 6
Here's another with grilled chicken ham.
