This recipe is for 2 persons, so if you wanna make for

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the vegetables, wash and drain the water.
Cook for about 2 minutes until the carrots are soft.
Drain the water.
* Step 2
Prepare the sauce for the meat.
Add seasonings in a large bowl and mix well
(Sugar + sake + mirin + soy sauce + grated garlic and ginger + gochujang Korean chili paste)
* Step 3
Prepare a bowl of rice.
You can add
Vegetables + meat + kimchi + Korean chili sauce + boiled egg
on top.
You can add fry egg too.
