* Step 1

Cut the vegetables, wash and drain the water. Cook for about 2 minutes until the carrots are soft. Drain the water.

Prepare the sauce for the meat. Add seasonings in a large bowl and mix well (Sugar + sake + mirin + soy sauce + grated garlic and ginger + gochujang Korean chili paste)
