My Banana Muffins

I love make always banana muffins or banana bread for the banana is never waste... Enjoy cooking everyone and God Bless All....

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 teaspoons

vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups

all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin pan with muffin liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

* Step 2

In a large bowl combine bananas, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

* Step 3

Beat in the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

* Step 4

Add flour and baking soda, and gently mix until combined. Do not overmix.

* Step 5

Scoop batter into the muffin pan distributing it evenly between the muffin cups.

* Step 6

Bake for 25-30minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

* Step 7

Cool in pan 5 minutes then remove to cool completely.
