Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray crock pot, put a layer of sauerkraut, place corn beef brisket on top, add carrots, potatoes around and on top, pour rest of sauerkraut and add water.

* Step 2

Cook on low for 8 hours. We served with bread. Use leftovers to make ruben sandwhiches.
