I love eating these sandwiches for brunch. So filling and easy to make.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard cook the eggs. Boiling water for 10 minutes or an egg cooker when done put in a bath of icewater to cool.

* Step 2

Pre-heat oven to 375 and cook bacon about 17 minutes or to the way you like them

* Step 3

Toast bread and mayo, tomato, lettuce, cut up egg
