Fried Rice Balls
I had some leftover rice and a little ground beef. So I decided hey let's make beef rice balls. Here they are, I hope you give it a try.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Mix the ingredients for the beef fillings
* Step 3
Form into small meatballs.
* Step 4
Put into oven for 30-40 minutes.
* Step 6
After they have cooled take the rice and cover the meatballs.
* Step 10
Set into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
* Step 11
Heat oil and fry rolling around till all is golden to dark brown.
* Step 12
If deep frying fry for 4–5 minutes.
* Step 13
Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
* Step 15
Mix the crushed tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, sugar, Horseradish, and salt.
* Step 16
Heat the oil add the minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes and add the tomato mixture. Simmer 20 minutes.
* Step 18
I made 8 rice balls then the rest I mixed the rice meatballs and sauce. Except I put aside a cup in a half for the fried riceballs for dipping them in.
