Stuffed Pepper Casserole

quick easy meal. Super delicious!!!!

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings
1-1/2 teaspoons

smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon

seasoned salt

1-1/2 teaspoon

ground cumin

1/3 cup

raisins

1 teaspoon

salt

1/3 cup

maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon

basil chopped

1 teaspoon

oregano

1/2 teaspoon

ground turmeric

1 teaspoon

minced garlic

to taste

sour cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

* Step 2

Cut the tops off the peppers, remove the steams and seeds

Mix the meat and spices together

Pack the meat into each pepper

* Step 5

Place the top of peppers back on

The leftover meat brown in a pan.

Add spices of the sauce.

Add tomatoes and raisins simmer 10 minutes add maple syrup and stir in

Add the peppers in the sauce and bake in oven for 1 hour

Add cheese to tops of peppers where the steam was.

Take out of oven

Cut the peppers down the middle and place in a pan

Pour sauce over the top

Add the rest of the cheese

Put into oven for 30 minutes
