Broccoli and sunflower seeds
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Microwave the broccoli in microwave for 8 minutes
* Step 2
Heat a dry pan. Add sunflower seeds toast them a bit add butter, and broccoli.
* Step 3
Heat stirring occasionally. After 3 minutes add garlic, onion powder, and salt.
* Step 4
Stir well. After 4 minutes remove from heat cover. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve, hope you enjoy!
