Chicken and vegetables
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot add the water and chicken. Add all the seasonings for the broth. And boil.
* Step 2
To a pan add butter, onions and bell pepper.
* Step 3
Shred the chicken add to onions and vegetables. Add the tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Add mint and vinegar.
* Step 4
Add file to the chicken, after it simmered 5 minutes. Then Simmer till most of liquid is gone. Cover let sit 5 minutes covered
* Step 5
To the vegetables add vinegar, salt and file. Simmer till liquid is gone then add 1 cup of water. Let sit for 5 minutes covered.
