Chicken noodle casserole
Yummy, quick and easy dinner for you and your family! Serve with Hawaiian bread, mashed potatoes 😋 or by itself!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Can you multitask? 😏 preheat oven to 400, boil water, clean & dice chicken, dice onion.
* Step 2
Add noodles to boiling water. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain & rinse with cold water
* Step 3
Add oil to a pan. Sautee onions & garlic until soft & fragrant (about 5 minutes), increase the temperature then add frozen veggies & sautee until soft
* Step 4
Add chicken, salt, pepper, & turmeric. Sautee until most of the chicken broth boils out
* Step 5
When done, turn off heat. Add mushroom soup, melted cheese, & yogurt. Mix together then add noodles. Add another can if you want a creamier consistency, then pour into a nonstick pan (I sprayed mine with Pam)
* Step 6
Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover & add mozzarella, breadcrumbs, & Parmesan. Bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes
