Fish Kebabs

The mouth melting , soft , yummy snack for the evenings or the party. Here is the recipe for you all.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
to taste

Salt

to taste

red chilli

1 tablespoon

flour

1 tablespoon

corn flour

4 tablespoons

Breadcrumbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all the veggies in a chopper and so the same with fish fillet.

* Step 2

Take all the things together in a mixing bowl and combine well.

* Step 3

Add the spices and mix well again.

* Step 4

Take a lemon size ball of the mixture and shape the kebabs.

* Step 5

Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

* Step 6

Dip the kebabs in flour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.

* Step 7

Heat oil in a skillet and Shallow fry these kebabs.

* Step 8

Kebabs are ready to serve. Serve these kebabs immediately with desired dipping sauce or mint sauce.
