All time favorite, instant and healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the ingredients of batter in a bowl and mix it well. The consistency should not be too thick or thin.

* Step 2

Heat a pan and pour a ladle full of batter on it. spread it gently.

* Step 3

Let it be of little thick. Now add chopped toppings (vegetable) on it.

* Step 4

Sprinkle chilli flakes on it and press veggies gently on it.

* Step 5

Let it cook for 3-5 seconds. Spread little oil on it's sides and on top as well. flip it and cook from another side.

* Step 6

Cook other side for 3-4 minutes and your quick uttapam is ready to serve.

* Step 7

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
