Stuffed Capsicums are the one of the most favorite dish of my mom. she loves it alot with the combination of boondi raita. Her most favourite dish and i love the stuffing she made. i use to make her this recipe and everybody likes it too but miss the taste of her love which she used to pour in it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute it.
* Step 2
Add chopped onion, green chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Add tomato, all the spices and boiled potatoes.
* Step 4
Mix i well and switch off the flame.
* Step 5
Cut the bell peppers in two halves from center vertically.
* Step 6
Grease the bell peppers from inside and sprinkle a dash of salt to each. Roast for a minute with splash of water.
* Step 7
Let it cool and fill the prepared stuffing nicely. Again cook for 2-3 minutes with little oil and splash of water.
* Step 8
When a nice color is achieved and the Bell Peppers cooked completely, switch of the flame and serve hot with chapattis.
