This yummilicious curry is the base of all Makhani curries.Heavenly delicious recipes can be made simple with this curry at home.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat butter in a pan.
Add chopped onions and green chilli. Saute over low flame till it becomes soft and light brown.
* Step 2
Next add the ginger and diced tomato.
* Step 3
Cook the masala it tomato turn tender and mushy.
Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, tomato ketchup and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Stir to combine.
* Step 4
Fry till oil gets separate from the masala. switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool down completely before blending into a smooth paste.
* Step 5
Take 1 tsp of butter in a pan, add blended curry to it.
* Step 6
Grill the cheese on other side and add to gravy to have heavenly delicious buttery dish.
