Ingredient

Butter

1/2 tsp

Turmeric

to taste

Cream

1.5 cups

Crushed tomato

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients of kofta and shape them into balls and fry until golden brown or can be made in appe pan or can be baked in the oven.

* Step 2

Gravy: Heat oil and butter.Add cardamom seeds and cook for a minute.

* Step 3

Now add finely chopped onions with garam masala and cook until golden brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Cook for 2 mins.

* Step 5

Add turmeric,salt, chilli powder and Kasoori methi.

* Step 6

Add crushed tomato followed by cashew nut purée and cook this until oil separates.Finally add cream.

* Step 7

Cashew Paste In a grinder, grind cashews with milk. Grind till a paste is formed.
