Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash lamb liver nicely and keep aside for strain

* Step 2

Take a pan put some oil keep it on low flame

* Step 3

Slowly put lamb liver in the pan and all the ingredients mentioned above full the flame

* Step 4

Wait for 5mints then pour some water and cover with lid for 10 mints

* Step 5

When it soak up water put some oil so that it will be very crispy

When it turned brown and crispy

* Step 8

Granish with chopped mint corriendor and ginger with a slice of lemon on the top
