Ingredient

Rice

1/2 table spoon

Baking Soda

as per taste

Salt

as required

Meethi seeds

as required

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soke rice and mash dal over night in different bowls

* Step 2

Drain water in the morning and grind it make a fine think paste not too much thick or not to much liquid

* Step 3

Mix some baking soda and salt in it

* Step 4

Put a dosa pan / non -sticky pan on the stove and wait till it get nice hot greace it with some oil

* Step 5

Spread the dosa batter in a circle give some oil on top

* Step 6

Wait til it turn Golden brown and turn on the other side

* Step 7

Enjoy hot and crispy dosa.
