Versitil Mexican casserole

Bought some bio beef and looked in my cupboard. Came up with this recipy. You can eat it the way I did or put it in a wrap, I think it would even be great as a pasta sauce.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sweat the diced onions,selery and garlic in the oil for 5 min

* Step 2

Put in the mince and spices and cook for 8 min

* Step 3

Put in the tomatoes, water sugar and stock cube cook for about 10 min

* Step 4

Put in the drained beans, jalapeno and Bell pepper. Cook for another 10 min

* Step 5

Put on the cheese and put under the grill

Serve hot with rice avocado and chips
