Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash and soak the millet flakes

Chop the onions and green chilli.

Take a pan and heat the oil. And add cumin seeds

Once it crackles add hing and chopped onions and green chilli as well as curry leaves. Sauté for few mins

Add the soaked millet flakes and all dry masala with salt. Mix well. You can also add your choice of vegetables if you want.

Add lemon juice mix well and garnish with coriander. Enjoy your very healthy breakfast foxtail millet poha
