Dahi vada
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash both the daal and soak for 3-4 hours
* Step 2
Once the daal is properly soaked grind into mixture jar to make a smooth paste
* Step 3
Now add crushed green chilli salt and few coriander leaves and cooking soda mix properly
* Step 4
Take a pan and heat the oil. Once heated continuously mix the batter and pour with a spoon into the oil for frying making a vada and fry until golden brown in medium heat
* Step 5
Once the vada is frying soak into a bowl of water
* Step 6
Once the vada is soaked squeeze out the water and place into serving plate
* Step 7
Now add whisked curd on top and then both chutney, sprinkle cumin powder and red chilli powder a little bit of salt and lastly garnish with sev and coriander leaves
* Step 8
Your dahi vada is ready you can serve chilled or normal
