Mini breakfast quiche

Have them for breakfast or as appetizers, they are delish! I forgot to take a pic of them! Calories: 180, total fat: 15g, saturated fat: 9g, cholesterol: 110mg, sodium:120mg, total carbs: 0, sugars: 0, protein: 6g,

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 servings
1-1/2 cups

heavy cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350*F.

* Step 2

Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners

* Step 3

Dice ham and cut cheese into little pieces, set aside.

* Step 4

Place eggs and cream into large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

* Step 5

Place equal amounts of ham in each cup. Top the ham with Swiss cheese.

* Step 6

Pour the egg mixture into a large measuring cup. This will make distributing the mixture easier.

* Step 7

Pour equal amounts on top of the cheese in each muffin cup.

* Step 8

Bake in preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until they have set and are a light golden brown on top.

* Step 9

Let cool for 5-10 minutes, before removing from pan.
