Whipped Cream from Evaporated Milk
Just had to share this with y’all! Read it from an OLD cookbook.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place evaporated milk, bowl & whisk in freezer for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Pour chilled milk into bowl and using whisk attachment, beat 1 minute or until foamy.
* Step 3
Add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat again about 2 minutes or until thick and creamy.
