Orange fritters

Ingredient

2 tablespoons

sugar

3 teaspoons

melted butter

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1/4 teaspoon

salt

3/4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel oranges,removing outer white covering,remove skin from segments, roll in powdered sugar. Beat egg,add milk,butter,flour and baking powder sifted together. Dip orange segments in batter,fry n hot fat. Drain. Add dash powdered sugar, serve with fish.
