Mexican Manicotti GF

Gluten free Manicotti stuffed with taco beef, onion, and cheese.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil your Manicotti until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

* Step 2

In a large pan, cook ground beef, drain.

* Step 3

Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package. Add cream cheese and simmer until melted. Stir to blend.

* Step 4

Pour salsa in a baking dish large enough to lay out the Manicotti. Fill each with the meat mixture and place in the baking dish.

* Step 5

Pour taco sauce over Manicotti and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 min.

* Step 6

Uncover and top with shredded cheese, bake another 15 min. Serve topped with sour cream and green onion.
