Deconstructed Tacos

Saw this on TikTok. It was super easy to make and inexpensive. We made enough for 2 adults and 2 children, and had 2-3 left over Tupperwares. The meal cost less than $20.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people
1-2 cans

corn

1-2 cans

black beans

1/2-1

avocado

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start making the rice because it takes the longest.

* Step 2

Pound chicken. Put taco seasoning on chicken. Cook on pan (or could grill or oven).

* Step 3

Heat corn and black beans. Cut avocado.

* Step 4

Cut chicken. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Add cheese if desired.
