Baked Creamy Salsa Chicken 🐔

Ingredient

1 jar (16 ounce)

salsa, medium heat

2 cans (10.5 ounce)

cream of mushroom soup

1/8 teaspoon

black pepper

1/8 teaspoon

ground cumin

5 cloves

garlic, minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs, then place thighs in a large baking pan……..

* Step 2

Sprinkle both sides of thighs with Goya adobo ……..

Bake chicken in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered…….

Meanwhile, in a bowl combine your salsa, cream of mushroom soups, black pepper, ground cumin and minced garlic, set bowl to the side……

After 1 hour remove chicken from oven, drain any fat and pour your creamy salsa sauce all over chicken thighs…..

Place chicken back into oven and cook for 30 minutes, or until sauce is nice and bubbly ……

Remove chicken from oven, serve on top of cooked egg noodles, spoon the creamy sauce on top of each serving and enjoy 😉!!
