Chicken Taco Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the stewed tomatoes into smaller pieces and place them in the large pot.
* Step 2
Wash and arrange the chicken breast in a sauce pan and cover with water.
* Step 3
Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the water to a boil and let boil for 8 minutes.
* Step 4
Once the chicken breast is 165°F then remove it from the stove.
* Step 5
Shred the chicken breast with two forks and place in the large pot.
* Step 6
Add the taco seasoning, chicken broth, black beans, corn, chili beans and ranch seasoning to the large pot.
* Step 7
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
* Step 8
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, fritos and sour cream.
