Amaranth leaf curry (Kempu harve soppu huli)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pressure cook 0.5 cup tur dal
* Step 2
In a pan add amaranth leaves + 4-5 cups of water and boil until the leaves are cooked. Stir in between and add salt
* Step 3
In a mixer take coconut + rasam powder + turmeric + hind and grind well
* Step 4
Add the paste to the pan + jaggery + tamarind paste and let it boil in medium flame. Now add cooked tur dal to it.
* Step 5
For tempering take a tsp of ghee + mustard, cumin, Urrad seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Once it splutters add it to the prepared curry. Serve it hot
