Shavige custard

Ingredient

milk

0.5 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan take 4 cups milk + saffron threads and allow it to boil.

* Step 2

Now add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk. Add sugar and 0.5 tsp ghee, raisins and cashews and let it boil for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Now in a separate bowl take a cup of milk+ custard powder and mix well until no lumps formed.

* Step 4

Now add this custard milk+cardamom powder to the pan and mix well until thick milk formed.

* Step 5

Cool it completely and refrigerate for 3 hours.

* Step 6

Now in a glass take basil seeds(soaked in water)+refrigerated custard. Add dry fruits and fruits on top of it. Now add custard again to form double layered custard. Again decorate on top with fruits and dry fruits
