Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut 1 cauliflower, spread on tray, lots of olive oil, salt, bake at 450°F... Keep for 10 minutes then mix and spread again keep for 5 minutes.. keep doing until brown.. broil if required.

* Step 2

Take out cauliflower and add black beans. Sprinkle generous quantity of seasoning (everything but the elote seasoning bend+ old El Paso taco seasoning)

* Step 3

Salsa: chop 2 tomatoes, 0.5 onions, 2 chillies, salt, lots of lemon juice.

* Step 4

Either guacamole: mashed avocado+salt+lemon Or just avocado slices

* Step 5

Heat taco shells in a pan

* Step 6

Assemble: taco shells, cauliflower, salsa, guac, sour cream
