Еаsy Recipe | Olive Oil and Cheese Muffins
Simple and Easy-to-Make Oil Muffins without Butter. With a mild sweetness, they can be enjoyed as a snack or even as a quick and convenient meal muffin.

☆Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Line the baking tin with glassine paper.
Prepare a piping bag.
Mix flour, baking powder, powdered cheese, and ground almonds until evenly combined.
* Step 3
Beat an egg lightly until smooth. Add granulated sugar, and beat it for 1-2 minutes until it has thickened a little.
Add the oil in 4-5 batches, and mix well until smooth each time. It's ready if it's smooth and thickened.
* Step 4
Sift 1/3 of the flour mixture in. Gently mix it in a cutting motion until you don't see flour left. Note: Please avoid vigorous stirring.
Add milk and mix until smooth.
* Step 5
Sift the remaining flour in 2 batches. Gently mix it in a cutting motion each time. Finally, use a spatula to scrape down on the edges and bottom, and fold several times.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and evenly pipe it into the baking tin.
* Step 6
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and lightly dust with powdered cheese.
Lower the oven temperature to 190°C / 374 F and bake for 20 minutes.
Let it cool in the tin for 5 minutes, remove from the tin, and transfer to a rack to cool.
* Step 7
★The key point is to emulsify the eggs and oil. This will result in fluffy and smooth-textured muffins.
★If you are not going to consume them immediately, wrap them in plastic wrap while they are still slightly warm.
