Need something healthy, filling, and delicious for a nice breakfast or brunch. Well here we have our omelet to do the trick. Quick and easy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 tablespoon

milk (I use oatmilk)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut your vegetables and ham, then add to a bowl

* Step 2

Add your 2 eggs and milk to the bowl and mix well

* Step 3

On a pan, heat up to medium (5 or 6) and pour your mix

* Step 4

Once the other side is flipped and ready, grab and plate and place your omelet on top and fold
