Young Mangoes Chilli

We call it sambal pecit in Indonesian

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash clean all ingredients, put all ingredients except kurau salted fish and green mangoes into chopper

* Step 2

Heat some oil (about 3-4tbsp) on the pan, fry the salted fish until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes)

* Step 3

Once the chilli turns softer and fragrant, add the julienned young mangoes, continue stirring and fry for few more minutes. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning to your taste
