Christmas and New Year wont be complete without our Pork Bbq on the table. Traditionally it is consider as the appetizer. But some make it as main dish with pickled vegetable and favorite homemade sauce.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange pork slices in a bowl add all ingredients. Mix well and marinade for 3 hours or over night in refrigirator.
* Step 2
Skewer the marinate meat on bamboo skewer.
* Step 3
Heat up the grill. Start grilling 3 to 5 minutes perside. Continue cook you til pork is thoroughly cooked.
* Step 4
Serve with rice and picked vegetable or dip of your favorite spicy vinegar.
