Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the beef in cubes and in a pot melt the butter (Kiba) at low heat.
* Step 2
Mix the beef and mitemita are cardamon in the butter.
* Step 3
Stir on a high heat for 1 minuet until the meat is cooked rare, or well done depending on your taste.

Serve with bread 🥖 or enjera

I recommend it serve with red wine 🍷 it goes well 👌
