California Farm Agave Wine Margerita
Agave syrup has a smooth, mild, mellow sweet taste, perfect as a sweetener with frozen lime juice. Mixed with white wine to make a light year round drink, an agave wine margerita.
Tequila is made from agave syrup, and the addition of agave syrup to wine based margeritas gives that authentic tequila margerita flavor.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Half a gallon of this drink is made with agave syrup, 1 1/2 cups of frozen lime concentrate, 1 1/2 cups of water and 4 1/2 cups of white wine. I put in a little less wine to leave room for the addition of extra agave syrup.
* Step 2
Taste to establish your sweetness level. Add one Tsp agave syrup per cup of liquid at a time, stir, taste, add another, till you have your favorite intensity.
* Step 3
Four and a half cups of wine will establish an alcohol level of 6 % for this agave lime wine, the same level as beer. The addition of a teaspoon of agave syrup will not alter the alcohol level, only the taste. Shake well before pouring.
