Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & soak chicken in white vinegar for 15-20 minutes prior cooking.further chop onions & blend nuts with milk until it turns to a fine consistency then mix yoghurt and blend for a minute.remove the paste set aside.next in a Kadhai add oil then add chopped onions & sauté until slightly brown then add chicken,ginger garlic paste cook until it’s color changes.
* Step 2
Then add the paste prepared also add salt,turmeric powder,Garam masala powder,turmeric powder,kasuri methi & a cup of water cover it and cook until the chicken is tender.then add coriander leaves,strands of saffron & cook for further 5 minutes or until the oil separates.
* Step 3
Our deliciously awesome black pepper chicken gravy is ready to relish with homemade kulcha / flavored rice..!
