Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & soak rice for 30 at least minutes.besides chop veggies & set everything on hand.further take a nonstick wok add oil then add onions sauté for a minute then add all hard spices cook together until onion is slightly caramelised next add the chopped tomatoes cook until it’s soften mean while add all spices and roughly chopped baby carrots with peels.
* Step 2
Cook everything and finally add yoghurt cook until oil separates and add the mutton with required amount of water let it cook until mutton is tender.finally pop in the soaked rice mix with light hands and cover it until everything is cooked.
* Step 3
Our delicious baby carrots pulao is ready to relish with mint raita & salad..!
