Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash and drain water from potato cubes & chicken pieces further in a bowl add both pop in all regular spices marinate it let it rest about an hour in refrigerator for best results or can keep at least for 30 minutes.remove the bowl then add yoghurt and mix well until fully combined.
* Step 2
After marinating it looks like so as shown in the picture below. Take a heavy bottom wok add oil then add the hard spices and crackle it for 30 seconds and add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden at this point add chopped tomato as well cook until it’s mashed
* Step 3
Now add the marinated potatoes chicken with all gravy nothing to discard.further cook until oil separates from sides and raw smell disappears.lastly add a glass of water drizzle lime juice and coriander and mint leaves cover it and cook until chicken is tender and oil sets a layer on top.
* Step 4
Our deliciously awesome potato chicken curry is ready to relish with rice or parathas..!
* Step 5
Tip of the day:- water can be added accordingly usually this is medium thick curry. Spices can be adjusted to once taste these are my measurements…!
