Boiled eggs fritters/egg bonda

#ramadanspecial It’s no doubt an healthy option with a boiled egg we do a bit of coating with gram flour batter and fry it’s simply delicious...! Do try & experience it:-

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes prep time : 20 minutes
1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

2 tablespoons

hot oil

2 tablespoons

oil for deep frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly will boil eggs I have used an egg boiled it takes 4-5 minutes for a perfect egg. If boiling in wok check accordingly and make sure the egg is cooked well not cracked because it may burst while frying. Take only perfectly boiled eggs for fritters. Then sift the gram flour & pop in all ingredients as shown in the picture below.

Then add hot oil with little water to make a semi thick batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Besides Peel the boiled eggs and clean it further dip into the batter coat well using a spoon.

Then add into a hot oil fry for 2 minutes and once it’s golden both sides remove it.chop into two halves sprinkle black pepper & salt. Our deliciously awesome egg fritters are ready to relish in Iftar meal...!
