Vermicelli and dry fruits dessert roll

#GA4 #week21 #Roll A scrumptious melt in mouth dessert to serve in gatherings or post dinner sweets. I loved it because of it’s richness loaded with dry fruits & a creamy taste of vermicelli in the rolls . If prepared in more quantities then add vermicelli & condensed milk accordingly can double the quantity to ensure its coating well with vermicelli so add more or less condensed milk and nuts also can be used as required. Do try & experience it’s deliciousness. Let’s get started:-

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I have used a smart chopper to roughly chop all nuts set aside next we will also keep a foil paper ready to wrap the roll.

Further we will crush the vermicelli now take a pan add ghee to it and add crushed vermicelli sauté until aromatic and slightly golden then add desiccated coconut powder & 1 tablespoon from each roughly chopped nuts sauté for a minute

At this point can add cardamom powder if adding next add sweetened condensed milk now mix very well to coat each strands of vermicelli with condensed milk while it’s all together one dough kind pop it on a foil paper or a greased tray immediately spread using a spatula in a square shape and touch with wet hand once to settle it.

* Step 4

Add the rest of the chopped dry fruits for filling in roll then roll it using a foil paper and let it settle for 5 minutes then remove it and garnish with roughly chopped pistachios further cut pieces from the roll
