Souffle egg pancakes

#keto A dish from American cuisines. it’s completely a healthy meal for breakfast in keto diet. A feeling of fullness in tummy & rich in taste as well . Stay healthy,eat healthy & enjoy. Just whisk it up fold it & cook it ..!

Ingredient

1 serving

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
1 tablespoon

milk (warm)

1 teaspoon

vanilla essence

1 teaspoon

butter

2 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly separate egg white & yolk then whisk yolk with milk,vanilla essence,all-purpose flour,honey mix the batter without lumps set aside

Further whisk up the egg white until stiff peaks then mix with yolk batter in two parts just fold with light hands

Now the batter is ready fluffy & creamy

Just take a nonstick pan spread butter 1/2 teaspoon now using a ladle pop the batter on each pancake add two scoops then cover it for a minute to cook well now flip to other side & remove it.

Now garnish with fresh fruit like banana or any fruit drizzle some honey & butter further just munch it a delicious meal.
