Drooling & inviting koftas are always welcomed on the dining table. I have named it 3G reason being added three greens that is ,green chili’s,coriander leaves,mint leaves. This just melts in mouth & can store This koftas dough stored in air tight container for about 2-3 week in freezer or 1 week in refrigerator normal cooling temperature. I always prepare This dough a day before I prepare that helps in preparing perfect koftas I personally feel like so. But this can also be prepared immediately once the dough is ready just pop it in freezer in a container for 30 minutes it’s ready to prepare .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and strain mins water take a pressure cooker pop in keema all ingredients together as mentioned above & as shown in picture below cover it and cook until 3-4 whistles.
* Step 2
Once it has come to room temperature soak all water keeping it on stove on medium flame burner once it’s warm we can just blend it to a nice dough make sure no water is added slowly steadily pulse it 3-4 times it’s ready gradually prepare all dough ready.
* Step 3
Set it in refrigerator for 30 minutes if preparing immediately or can store it overnight it helps in making perfect kofta. Further take a pan set it on stove prepare all koftas then pop in pan let it turn to golden each side drizzle some oil in between then flip it with light hands until it’s firm all sides. Once it’s brown on all sides remove it.
* Step 4
Now enjoy the delicious koftas as starter with rice & curry / chapati.
