A delicious recipe for breakfast meal goes perfectly with chapati. Very quick simple yet drooling dish. A very healthy option reason being all vegetables are crunchy fresh & spiced with rich ingredients.thanks to my fellow author netha for the wonderful share I also posted a cooksnap on her recipe to present my feedback for her recipe .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & chop all vegetables for cooking further will take a Kadhai add oil then add cumin seeds in few seconds will add the chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add the chopped potatoes fry until slightly golden
* Step 2
Further pop in all spices mix well then add chopped tomatoes & capsicum toss it well & cover the lid for 3-5 minutes by the time it must be cooked off the flame burner garnish with coriander leaves and it’s ready. Make sure not to over cook the veggies let them be little crunchy tastes refreshing & it healthy too.
* Step 3
Pop it in a serving tray the deliciously awesome flavourful fried potatoes capsicum is ready to relish....!
