Spinach omelette soufflé with spring onions

#winter21 A very rich brunch meal with refreshing green vegetables & omelette soufflé all in one meal . This recipe is inspired from American cuisines and I love to enjoy this hot & inviting aromatic brunch with some tomato ketchup or a it is .this is the best way to enjoy meals in winters. Hot ,instantly prepared & delicious. Just whisk it up & get started:-

8-10 leaves

spinach chopped

1/2 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pick 8 -10 spinach leaves chopped wash & strain the water besides chopped spring onions set aside. Always use room temperature eggs it helps to whisk it until stiff peaks easily.

* Step 2

Now separate the egg yolks & egg whites first we will whisk up the egg whites until stiff peaks then add the egg yolks whisk it also add chopped spinach whisk it all together. Take a pan add a tablespoon of butter set it on medium flame burner.

Now simply using a spatula remove sides slightly fold the whisked eggs now pop it in pan all over don’t touch it for 3-4 minutes until sprinkle salt,pepper & spring onions chopped ounce the sides turn golden carefully flip it to other side similarly let it cook for more 3 minutes.

While the omelette is cooked both sides until dark golden remove it & it’s ready.

Slice it & serve with tomato ketchup or enjoy it as it is looks yummy...!
