Mysore bhajiya /bonda
A lip smacking snack or a complete meal for the breakfast. I love it and actually prepared it after a very long time. A rich hot breakfast in winter with garlic chutney is a deadly combination. Do try out & experience it .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve and take all-purpose flour add in oil,salt,baking soda,cumin seeds,ajwain, green chili’s chopped mix it roughly
* Step 2
Now take 1/2 cup curd whisk it very nicely without lumps then add in the flour mixture further add diced onions,chopped curry leaves,coriander leaves
* Step 3
Now mix everything very nicely without water if required just add 2 tablespoons water this batter will be exactly like vada consistency medium thick. We will cover & let it rest for 30 minutes maximum for best results. Further we can also test it while the batter is ready take a small ball it will look nice and perfect batter. in preheated oil just drop a small ball it pops up easily it’s perfect
* Step 4
Now pop in 3-4 in each batch the tails while dropping will also look crispy & delicious so don’t worry about the round shape. Do it carefree fry it until golden all sides it’s done very fast so Darin & remove it on a paper towel gradually prepare all in similar fashion.
* Step 5
The delicious,hot crispier outside & softer inside Mysore bhajiya serve it hot with garlic chutney & enjoy..!
