Here’s my innovation for this recipe from my fellow author Christians kitchen it’s very healthy yet delicious no artificial colours used the original colour of the dish. As beetroots & sago both are insanely healthy for our intake so why not give it a try this way ..?

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the required amount of sabudana seeds wash it 3 times to remove the excess starch then pop it in a strainer to remove its water for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Besides we will start preparing instant beetroot halwa to take a pan to add in ghee then add cashews, pistachios sauté for a minute then add the grated beetroots fry until its raw smell disappears further add sugar & cardamom powder mix well until it’s like a juicy halwa.
* Step 3
Now pop in the sabudana seeds mix it well in beetroot halwa so it’s natural color is coated on white sabudana seeds looks beautiful to add some milk keep it on low flame for 3-5 minutes until the milk is soaked in it and the halwa is ready.
* Step 4
The deliciously awesome sabudana beetroot halwa is ready to relish...!
