Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First microwave the kidneys pieces then add turmeric powder & microwave for 3-4 minutes or boil it on stove top for 5 minutes.take a wok add in oil & chopped onions sauté till slightly brown then off the flame then pop in kidneys pieces & all spices mentioned above.
* Step 2
Add a glass of water then cook till it’s tender check if the kidneys pieces are tender then add desiccated coconut powder sauté till the oil separates lastly garnish with coriander leaves
* Step 3
And serve it with hot chapatis or white rice both looks delicious....!
