Homemade instant naan ki roti /Indian bread

It’s enjoyed with Nihari ,khorma,dum ka chicken,dum ka keema,red chicken gravy,kaju chicken,paya Nihari,Marag lots more to pin down always we use to buy it from market.I tried it at home with few available kitchen ingredients it’s ready..! Let’s get started:-

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add self rising flour, salt, curd (youghurt) mix well make dough

* Step 2

Take some flour sprinkle on chapati roller or rolling dough mat further divide balls accordingly to prepare one naan take one medium size ball & roll it with 1/2 inch thickness then using a fork spoon you can add holes 4-6 or with knife you can add roughly gashes

* Step 3

Besides preheat a tawa then apply water on one side of naan then pop it on tawa it will stick by the side with water & starts to cook give it 3 minutes then flip it on direct flame & slowly swirl the pan to cook the naan on both sides

* Step 4

Remove it & butter brush it or apply ghee gradually prepare all in similar fashion & enjoy it...!

Tip of the day: if you don’t have available self rising flour at home then you can prepare it at home easily. I. E take maida and add baking powder 1/2 teaspoon mix it our homemade self rising flour is ready !!!!
